How to buy?

We are in the process of developing our online purchase system and provision for Paypal Payments.

To buy our watches please follow the instructions below:

• 1. Use the contact us form provided or Telephone our office and advise us that you are wanting to purchase one of our watches, please quote the watch code, and leave your contact details telephone number and e-mail Address. Please advise us your payment method.
• 2. We will contact you and advise you of the cost and delivery options and agree the payment amount.
• 3. On receipt of Payment, we will ship the watch to you with insured delivery.
• At the moment we accept the following payment methods:
• Cash - At our office (please DO NOT post cash).
• Cheque - Business or Personal, we will dispatch goods on clearance of payment (usually 10 working days).
• International Money Order - We will dispatch watch on clearance of funds.
• Western Union Money Order - Please contact us for details.
• We will shortly be expanding all our payment options to include Credit Cards.

Terms and Conditions

• All watches remain the property of vintageheuer.com until payment is received.
• We offer a 3 month Guarantee on all watched to cover against the mechanics of the watch.
• If you are unhappy with any purchase for any reason we will be happy to refund your payment, less postage. The watch must be returned in the condition it was sent. Please contact us or telephone us within 3 working days if you wish to return your purchase.
• Watches are used watches, consequently they may have wear marks, in accordance with the normal wear and tear of its age.
• Faulty items (Dead on Arrival) are to be returned within 5 working days of delivery.
• If the watch is found to be not as described please contact us immediately.
• All our watched have been fully serviced before being offered for sale. We are happy to provide more detailed images of watches if required, please use the contact us form.
