The Carrera 1153 was one of the series of 3 watches produced by Heuer to launch the all-new self- winding chronograph movement in 1969. This early example features the dial with the 50-100 scale tachymetre. This model had a relatively short life, produced between 1969 to 1974 and therefore to find an example in such fine condition is rare. Hard to photograph the exquisite dial which has an amazing silver tone with a sunburst effect. Complimented by the anthracite sub dials and Tachy ring. The orange chronograph hand gives such a fine contrast and retro feel. A super example all serviced and ready to wear and enjoy.
