TAG Heuer Monaco Calibre 11 Automatic Chronograph 39mm – CAW211P.FC6356

A distinctive and highly recognisable TAG Heuer Monaco, this discontinued CAW211P.FC6356 combines the iconic square stainless steel case with the classic blue opaline dial and racing-inspired design that has defined the Monaco collection for decades.

Powered by TAG Heuer’s automatic Calibre 11 movement, the watch features a 40-hour power reserve and chronograph functionality, including a 30-minute counter and central chronograph seconds hand. The blue dial features contrasting silver sub-dials, horizontal applied-style indexes, a date aperture at 6 o’clock and a red central chronograph hand. The characteristic crown positioned on the left side of the case is a defining feature of the Calibre 11 Monaco.

The 39mm stainless steel case measures approximately 15mm thick and features a combination of brushed and polished finishing. A sapphire crystal caseback provides a view of the automatic movement, while the watch is water resistant to 100 metres.

Completing the watch is the original-style black perforated calfskin leather strap with polished stainless steel folding clasp.

The Monaco has a particularly strong connection with motorsport and popular culture, having been famously worn by Steve McQueen in the 1969 film Le Mans. This modern Calibre 11 interpretation retains many of the distinctive design characteristics associated with the original Monaco.
