This is regarded as one of Tag Heuer’s greatest re issues. The 36mm size and style and movement are so close to the original. When this model was launched in the late 90’s there was very little awareness of vintage Heuer watches, indeed for not much more money you could buy an original Carrera, therefore sales were not huge and soon after , this version was changed for a more up to date automatic version with date and a bigger case. Now however , prices for original Carrera ‘s are so high, these early re issues represent fantastic value for money and demand is growing all the time. This example is one of the best you could hope to find, it has everything, box (in the desirable early racing style) papers including service receipts and the guarantee card dated 1999 with full instruction booklets and outer packaging. The watch and strap are in super condition.
