An important reference from Heuer’s golden age, this superb Autavia GMT 2446C is an exclamation point in any collection. In extraordinary condition, this circa 1970 compression back GMT remains ultra clean and therefore highly desirable. This condition is uncommon among many GMT models found today as the red and blue bezel are known to fade with age. The blue and red bezel on this version remains vibrant and indeed striking- asserting a strong presence on the wrist, complemented further by a full, strong lume. Certainly a staple watch for any Heuer collector, this particular 2446C GMT model is a timeless piece which remains in its glorious condition. Importantly, this example comes alongside its original Heuer branded box with its unique instruction manual. Its original owner chose to keep the Heuer sticker on the caseback after many years.
